November-December
Leaf Cleanup and Removal
Late fall means constant leaf drop, plus the holiday rush, so we make multiple visits to keep your property under control.
We blow leaves out of flower beds, walkways, patios, and other living areas, then mulch the remaining leaves into the lawn to return nutrients to the soil. If your property has a natural area or woodline, we can blow leaves into those areas when appropriate. In other cases, we move bulk leaves to the curb and remove them from the property using our vacuum.
Every property is different. We adjust our approach based on conditions and do what makes the most sense for your lawn and landscape.
January-March
Property Cleanups and Spring Mulch Installation
As winter sets in, we focus on picking up sticks and clearing any additional leaves that may continue to fall. We then transition into our spring mulch season and return to regular mowing services as the weather begins to warm.
April-October
Lawn Mowing and Landscape Maintenance
As spring arrives, our mowing season starts with biweekly services in April. As the weather warms, we transition to weekly mowing in May to keep up with summer growth. We typically switch back to biweekly services in mid-September, depending on the weather and your lawn’s needs. 22-26 mowing services will be performed each year.
Throughout the season, we can also schedule time for Landscape Maintenance – Shrub trimming, pruning, and weeding as needed to keep your home looking its best all year.
